Unsurprisingly, this generation’s obsession with declaring their own “gender identities” and compelling the rest of society to accommodate them has been co-opted by perverts and pedophiles.
After all, who wouldn’t try to evade justice by taking advantage of society’s adoration of gender nonconformity by “identifying” as something other than a sick criminal?
We’ve already seen folks utilizing transgender talking points to justify identifying as a dog, complete with full-body vinyl suits, leashes, and more, so just how surprised should we be to find that a 45-year-old sex offender is identifying as an 8-year-old girl to attempt to justify his use of child pornography?
That’s exactly what happened in the case of Joseph Gobrick of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who was arrested after officers discovered images of children being raped on his electronic devices.
“I’ve always been an 8-year-old girl,’’ Gobrick said at his sentencing last week, according to ABC 13. “And even my drawings and fantasies, I am always an 8-year-old girl.’’
Gobrick, who fired his court-appointed attorney and opted to represent himself at trial, argued that the images found on his computer were created using an image manipulating program and were protected as free speech under the First Amendment.
Police, however, were able to identify eight child victims from the materials found on Gobrick’s computer, some of which depicted infants and children up to five years old being sexually assaulted.
Kent County Assistant Prosecutor Daniel Helmer said Gobrick is “a danger to the public.’’
“Even during the trial, the defendant continued to draw, talking about raping babies in the Kent County Jail and making other statements about how this is his constitutional right to continue to do so,” Helmer said.
“Under the law, Auschwitz was legal,’’ Gobrick said at his sentencing. “What you’re doing here is wrong, just as Auschwitz was.’’
Thankfully, Kent County Circuit Court Judge Paul Denenfeld didn’t fall for Gobrick’s perverted scheme.
“Based on everything he’s said and done, including bragging about what he was drawing in his cell, he obviously doesn’t think child sexually abusive material is wrong,’’ Denenfeld said. “This isn’t just virtual stuff; this is also real people being harmed.’’
Denenfeld found him guilty of three counts of child sexually abusive commercial activity and using a computer to commit a crime. Unfortunately, Gobrick’s sentence only carries a maximum penalty of between 10 and 20 years in prison, rather than the death sentence Gobrick deserves.

Gobrick, a convicted sex offender from New York, was arrested in 2018 after a 17-year-old Ohio girl listed as endangered/missing was found at his Grand Rapids home.
During that investigation, the child pornography was found on his computer.
Gobrick, who has a 2001 sexual abuse conviction out of New York, contends he is not sexually attracted to children.“I would no sooner have sex with a child than you would with a rattlesnake,’’ he told the judge. “It’s just not safe.’’
Folks, I don’t know if I’m more disgusted with this joke of a human being or the “justice” system that allows him to continue to draw breath. This man has clearly demonstrated that as long as he lives, he’ll continue harming innocent children, yet our society seems to value his life and liberty more than theirs.
There should be no such thing as a “level three sex offender,” one who is deemed by authorities to pose a high risk to the community and be very likely to strike again. We shouldn’t be wasting taxpayer dollars to feed, house, and, should they ask for it, provide “gender confirmation” procedures to these criminals.
The fact that this man will be back out on the streets in a decade or two is too much to bear. This is not justice!!
