The institution of motherhood is under attack in America. As women take to the streets to don disgusting vagina costumes and whine about “women’s health”, aka, abortion, conservative women have decided to fight back.
This weekend, September 23rd, in Omaha, Nebraska, mothers and women who value the institution of motherhood will gather to make their voices heard and defend family values.
Activist Mommy herself will be one of the speakers at this ground-breaking event, among such inspiring figures as Sarah Palin, Candy Carson, and Missy Robertson.
Elizabeth says of the event:
“I am honored to be speaking at the Mom’s March for America, a gathering of politically and socially conservative moms who love our children and our nation, and value human life, liberty, and the natural family.
“The January Women’s March in Washington DC did not represent me and most American women, so Mama Bears are gathering in Nebraska to remind the nation that we are sick of the hyper-sexualization of our kids, the devaluing of human life and the silencing of our important voices. Moms are a powerful influence on families, politics, and culture and the pink-hat-wearing-nasty-women on the left need to know we’ve had enough of their immoral agenda!”
We know the Activst Mommy will have some powerful and inspiring words for the women in attendance!
One of the march’s organizers and founder of Homemakers of America, Kimberly Fletcher, explained to Breitbart that this march is not about politics, it’s about principles, principles that mothers everywhere stand for:
“It’s not about parties, politics, or a president. It’s about principles, and the principles we care about as mothers. We agree a whole lot more than we don’t. We want our children to be safe, we want them to get a good education, and we want them to be happy, which, in mother language, equates to decent people who can provide for themselves.”
Fletcher explains the march is less about holding signs and making a lot of noise, and more of a “cultural march.”
“The mission is to celebrate the status of mothers – their influence,” she says. “We have powerful influence in our homes, communities, and nation. This idea that motherhood is secondary – regardless of whether or not you’re working outside the home, you’re a stay-at-home-mom … It’s not about whether or not you work outside the home, it’s about whether or not you’re putting motherhood first in your life and whether or not you’re respected as a mother.”
By coming together for this event, she says, women will “stand together for truth, family, freedom, and the Constitution that protects our divine rights as mothers. Mothers set the bar, women set the bar in our nation on decency, humanity, civility, and it’s time to raise the bar, and we’re coming together to do it.”
