A total of 10 pro-life groups have written a letter to Congressional Republicans, demanding that they pass a bill aimed at defunding baby-murdering giant Planned Parenthood.
According to The Washington Examiner, the letter – delivered Tuesday – calls on Congressional Republicans to invoke a procedure that would allow a bill defunding Planned Parenthood to pass with only 51 votes instead of the 60 traditionally required.
“The pro-life majority that now controls both chambers of Congress and the White House must pass a reconciliation bill stopping the vast majority of federal funding for Planned Parenthood,” the letter reads, according to The Washington Examiner.
“Doing anything less brings into question whether this Congress can truly be called the pro-life Congress.”

According to The Washington Free Beacon, should Congress and the Senate pass legislation that defunds Planned Parenthood, $500 million in annual federal funds will be relocated to women’s health clinics that provide actual women’s health services as opposed to baby-murdering services.
Similar legislation was previously vetoed by former President Obama in 2016 and failed to pass with the GOP’s Obamacare repeal earlier this year.
But the pro-lifers behind the letter addressed to Congress aptly state that “giving up is not why the voters sent pro-life Republicans to Congress.”
If you agree with the need for this legislation, please visit this webpage to find your local representative and consider contacting them to express your desire – as one of their constituents – for the cruel baby-murdering organization called Planned Parenthood to be defunded.
Our government needs to know that it isn’t just a handful of pro-life organizations who are against abortion; ordinary Americans that work, pay taxes and vote care as well.
Consider mentioning the pro-life letter sent to Congress when you contact them so they know this is an organized effort to save the lives of the hundreds of thousands of babies Planned Parenthood murders yearly.
