Forever 21 Employee Finds Video of Herself in Restroom Posted to Porn Sites

While the Internet is definitely a great blessing in that it allows massive amounts of information to be shared quickly all across the globe, there’s an obvious dark side to it too.

A female employee who works for Forever 21, a popular retailer, recently discovered this dark side when she found out that someone took a video of her in the restroom and posted it on porn sites.

Forever 21 has announced they are investigating the incident in the hope of identifying the person responsible for taking the video. However, they declined to give a comment on the lawsuit the former employee has now filed, only stating they have a “zero tolerance” policy for this kind of behavior.

The employee worked at the Providence, Rhode Island location back in 2011, but was just made aware last year that the video — which shows her somewhat undressed — had been posted to porn sites garnering thousands of online views.

According to Boston.Com, she is suing Forever 21 for negligence and invasion of privacy, seeking $4 million in damages.

Since this happened several years back, before the whole “transgender bathroom” fiasco exploded heavily on the scene, it’s sort of up in the air as to whether or not that kind of scenario played any part in providing an opportunity for this poor woman to be taken advantage of, though it’s likely doubtful.

However, the one thing we definitely know for sure is that the increasing acceptance and allowance of transgender men into women’s restrooms certainly increases the chances of something like this happening, putting innocent women and children at risk for becoming victims of sexual predators.

That being said, sexual deviancy and accepted forms of immorality are breeding a culture where folks think this sort of thing is okay, when clearly it is not.

Hopefully the individual responsible for this video will be found and tossed in jail for a lengthy amount of time.
